The intensity of the colour, the floral and apricot notes, and the soft and harmonious taste characterize this liqueur wine made from Malvasia grapes that ripened for a long time on the plant to obtain the maximum aromatic concentration. The name of this sweet wine, which gives so much joy to the palate and heart, is inspired by the Sicilian Arab poet Al-Ballanubi, who sang the love and fugacity of life's pleasures.
