The Mediterranean climate is characterised by hot summers and mild winters, as well as by the Ora, a warm afternoon wind blowing from the south, arriving from Lake Garda. Altitude: 220-350 m above sea level. |

The grapes are harvested by hand. |
| Vinification |
After pressing the whole grapes, the clarified must ferments for about 3 weeks in 30 hl wooden barrels. |
| Ageing |
The wine then matures for a further 8 months on fine lees. |
