Incandescence: a physical, universal phenomenon that makes objects shine when heated.

	Perlage Fine and lasting perlage.
	Colour Orange color, bright and brilliant.
	Bouquet The nose initially perceives fragrant scents of wild strawberry, pineapple and tropical fruit in general, then enriched with spicy and tertiary notes of brioche and yeasts.
	Flavour The mouth is round and full-bodied, slightly savory but soft at the same time. Excellent persistence.

Ageing	On fine or coarse lees for 6 months in barrels or vats. Aged on racks in our cellars: 28 months on average. Aged in our cellars after disgorgement: 6 months on average.

Flamina the voice of reason

I have been using xtrawine for sometime now and I marvel at the range they have. I have also asked about a particular wine producer i like and sent an email and had a reply saying the wines from this producer will be on the list by week end. Brilliant. One small Glitch for some reason they now use UPS and they are a bit of a nightmare. Compared to FedX. But one quick call to Flamina the voice of reason all my fears were sorted. She’s a credit to the company, very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable even had time for a bit of a laugh. Buona Giornata
