Climate Hilly land at 400 meters above sea level, east-west vineyard exposure.

Production technique Production is very limited, looking for quality. This objective is obtained thanks to an appropriate winter pruning, followed by a manual thinning of grapes in the month of August.
Vinification Fermentation is done in steel tanks, using vineyard native yeasts, at a temperature of around 29 °C, whose duration is driven by total transformation of sugars.
Ageing The wine is aged in steel tanks. First transfer is usually made after malolactic fermentation, favored by the low sulphites content. No mechanical filtration is done, but before bottling, preserving wine structural integrity. Obtained wine can be defined a full-fledged “Integral” wine.
