Grapes grown at Mewstone vineyard were hand picked on the 20th and 24th of April. |
| Vinification |
Grapes were naturally fermented with 20 percent whole bunch. They received minimal pump overs before being pressed after 21 days. |
| Ageing |
The wine was matured in french oak (40% new) for nine months. |
