Hints of plum, blackberry and raspberry, the nose has spicy notes of coffee, pepper and chocolate.

Flavour

On the palate it is fine, pleasant and elegant, of good intensity, persistence and velvet tannins.

It is perfect with savory dishes and red meats, pork, aged cheeses and pasta dishes with meat sauces and of course with the tipycal “orecchiette”.
