Bouquet

On the nose, it is still undefined, but with elegant recognitions of fruit, spices, balsamic tones and small red fruits in alcohol on a vanilla background.

Flavour

The palate is powerful and alcoholic, with freshness and somewhat dense tannicity still in evidence. Not yet perfectly balanced. Medium-length finish with a return of bitter liquorice in the finish.
