An artisanal, dry white wine, tasty and mineral originated in the Marsala area, vinified in steel. On the palate, it is fresh, tasty, pleasant, expressive and with good persistence.

Colour

Straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Bouquet

Subtle notes of peach and dried fruit, followed by strong flavours of citrus and minerals.

Flavour

Typical and fresh, tasty and balanced yet still dominated by acidity, and with a slightly bitter pink grapefruit finish.

Pairing

Ideal with pasta dishes, sea bass rolls, and Sicilian truffles from Hyblaean Mountains.

Vinification	Rigorous manual selection of the clusters and soft pressing to obtain a must that will naturally decant under cool conditions for 48 hours. The clear must starts fermenting with wild yeasts in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature and with a minimum addition of sulfites.
Ageing	6 months in stainless steel vats, on its own lees.
