'Tenuta del Cavaliere' wine is a still white wine made from 100% Verdicchio grapes. Harvest is slightly delayed and fermentation, which lasts at least one and a half months, is slightly postponed to inhibit and delay malolactic fermentation.

Pale straw with slight greenish reflections.

Bouquet

Intense floral bouquet with strong fruity notes.

Flavour

Fresh, elegant and well-balanced. It has fruity notes of green apple and a long, almondy aftertaste.
