Marchesi di Montalto Organza Brut
It is born from the Pinot Nero and Riesling Renano cuvèe with 18 months of ripening on their own yeasts. As Organza's fabric is rich, precious and, at the same time, silky and soft, features that make it appreciate on many occasions, however, in the utmost respect for the territory and the classicity of the traditional method.

Perlage

It is fine and persistent.

Colour

Pale straw yellow with green reflections.

Bouquet

Delicate but intensely floral and fruity with hints of jasmine and broom.

Flavour

An initial crisp impact, reminisces of white fruit with hints of pear and pineapple.

Pairing

Owing to its superb fragrance, it is excellent as an aperitif, with crudité, seafood, and cold cuts.
