	Colour Intense straw yellow.
	Bouquet The nose is initially fresh and floral, with references to violet, fern and undergrowth, then deliciously fruity, with shades of peach yellow flesh.
	Flavour The palate is particularly smooth, velvety and silky, with a finish that leaves the same feeling that you have after tasting the homemade whipped cream.

Pairing

Ideal to marry to preparations based on fish, crustaceans or white meat. Excellent with paella.
