The Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG that we produce comes exclusively from grapes harvested in our Giavera del Montello estate, a splendid uncontaminated hilly area in the north of the province of Treviso. The biodiversity that we preserve in our vineyards has also allowed us to select an indigenous yeast with which we ferment and make sparkling all our Prosecco, in order to enrich it with all the character of the territory of origin. A decidedly superior Prosecco in terms of structure and complexity.
