Intense canary yellow with green highlights.

Bouquet

Intense, articulate, balsamic, with strong varietal characteristics, with hints of mint, lime zest, star fruit, golden apple, thyme, marjoram, sugar and hints of orange blossom, ginger, sage, walnut, lilac and balsam.

Flavour

Balanced, elegant, fruity, with good acidity and harmonious floral, fruity and mineral; the typical almond aftertaste is complemented by a pleasant and clear herbal sensation that prolongs the tension.

Pairing

Friuli traditional aperitif, it pairs with ham, salami and sausages in general, an attractive wine with fish, fresh and fatty cheeses.

Vinification The grapes are carefully destemmed and left to macerate for a short period. Next, the fruit is soft crushed. The must obtained is then allowed to settle. The now-clarified must ferments in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing After fermentation, the wine settles on the lees in stainless steel containers for 6 months. The bottled wine is aged in temperature-controlled rooms for a minimum of 2 months.
