Librandi Efeso Tenuta Rosaneti 2022
A white wine from the Val di Neto area in Calabria, made of the Mantonico grape, an ancient native Calabrian white grape variety. It is rich, dense and juicy, enlivened by herbs and white fruit aromas. It is produced with fermentation in barrique and ageing on fine lees for 8 months.

Colour

Gold yellow with greenish reflections.

Bouquet

Intense and curious with clear sensations of yellow grapefruit, bergamot, passion fruit and jasmine, arranged on a spicy canvas of vanilla and white pepper.

Flavour

Elegant softness, combined with an intense fresh-tasty vein which balances its structure.

Pairing

Wine suitable for importante fish dishes, excels on bass, swordfish, and snapper, even in the most difficult preparations and fish soups.
