A Classic Method wine made exclusively from high-altitude Chardonnay grapes and aged on the lees for at least 48 months.

	Perlage Lively, fine and persistent.
	Colour Deep straw yellow with golden reflections.
	Bouquet Fine and intense nose. Good complexity with floral and fruity fragrances. Sensations of hawthorn, jasmine and mown grass.
	Flavour The taste is round, velvety and harmonious, with a persistent and refined finish. A strong minerality stands out. On the palate, the wine is immediate, dynamic and pleasant. The mineral aftertaste is pleasantly almondy.
