It comes from a selection of Vespaiola grapes dried for a whole winter in the Granary of the Arcades of Villa Angarano designed by Andrea Palladio. A unique wine with the perfect balance between its sweetness and surprising freshness. As precious as San Bortolo, the ancient little church to the north of the estate, connected to the Angarano shore by the ford of the same name that crosses the Brenta.

Colour

Bright amber yellow.

Bouquet

Hints of citrus, balsamic honey, apricot jam and fresh hazelnut.

Flavour

Sweet, soft, supported by an important, persistent freshness. The aftertaste gives hints of dried fruit, balsamic honey and almonds.

Pairing

It pairs well with dry cookies and herb cheeses. It also pairs well with typical Bassano’s Forti (cookies with cocoa, almond and spices) and Gubana (snail-shaped sweet).
