Vinification	Fermentation and maceration on the skins for 8 days in open wooden vats with manual punching 25hl 3 times a day.
Ageing	After pressing the permanence of half barrels (barriques 450litri double) and a new year and a wooden barrel in 12hl Slavonian oak. Malolactic in wood, bottled after two years from harvest.
