Harvest	It is a classic cuvée obtained from Pinot bianco, Pinot nero and Chardonnay grapes, harvested by hand in small baskets and vinified within 2 - 3 hours from the harvest.
Vinification	The must is fermented for a few days in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (17-18 ° C) in order to maintain and preserve the best aromas and flavors. The second fermentation takes place in rooms at a constant temperature, slowly in order to favour the development of tiny bubbles.
Allergens	Contains sulphites
Pairing	Great aperitif, the Brut "Opera" de Le Marchesine is an excellent companion for rich fish based appetizers. Try it with a classic Japanese tempura.

Delivery service has recently deteriorated. Two last shipments managed by UPS have been postponed several times. Pity, on time fast delivery used to be a strength.

Flamina the voice of reason

I have been using xtrawine for sometime now and I marvel at the range they have. I have also asked about a particular wine producer i like and sent an email and had a reply saying the wines from this producer will be on the list by week end. Brilliant. One small Glitch for some reason they now use UPS and they are a bit of a nightmare. Compared to FedX. But one quick call to Flamina the voice of reason all my fears were sorted. She’s a credit to the company, very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable even had time for a bit of a laugh. Buona Giornata
