Laval Champagne Garennes Extra Brut

Champagne Extra Brut Garennes is a novelty by Georges Laval, mainly made from Meunier grapes (90%) and the remaining 10% from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. The Meunier is collected in the village of Chambrecy where the "vin de Réserve" of the Cumières are added.

Colour

Bright gold yellow.

Bouquet

Elegant aromas of white and yellow fruits, pear compote and toasted hazelnut scents.

Flavour

Full-bodied and great freshness accompanied by minerality and energy. A balanced and harmonious wine.

Pairing

It is wonderfully exalted with little elaborate fish dishes, crustaceans and molluscs, and cold cuts. Also ideal as an apéritif.

Flamina the voice of reason

I have been using xtrawine for sometime now and I marvel at the range they have. I have also asked about a particular wine producer i like and sent an email and had a reply saying the wines from this producer will be on the list by week end. Brilliant. One small Glitch for some reason they now use UPS and they are a bit of a nightmare. Compared to FedX. But one quick call to Flamina the voice of reason all my fears were sorted. She’s a credit to the company, very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable even had time for a bit of a laugh. Buona Giornata
