Larmandier Bernier Champagne Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Les Chemins d'Avize Extra Brut 2015
Les Chemins D’Avize come to enrich the list of our single-vineyard champagnes. We began this approach in 1988 with VV de Cramant, then completed in 1995 with Terre de Vertus and in 1999 by the Rosé de Saignée. We know for many years that Avize is worth a single vineyard cuvee. In 2009, we bought a smaller press so that we can now separate the juice from our 2 Avize vineyards. Only a few bottles of the 2009 vintage of this new single vineyard will be available in August 2013, we keep the others for ageing in our cellars.
