This wine is named after the founder of La Stoppa, Giancarlo Ageno, a lawyer who was the first to believe and give value the great potential of this area. The only dry white wine of the company, obtained after a long maceration from grapes of this terroir.

Bouquet

Notes of unripe apple, black tea and spices, but also hazelnut and red berries.

Flavour

Lively, crunchy and rich in blueberries and currants in particular, with a finish that returns to the spicy cloves.

Pairing

It pairs well with dishes based on fish, white meats or a spaghetti dish with vegetables.
