Colorino di Casanova by La Spinetta is a monovarietal red wine produced from Colorino grapes, usually used in blends with Sangiovese in the Chianti wine region. Beautiful fruit aromas and hints of undergrowth anticipate a soft, decisive, fresh drinkability.

Aromas reminiscent of wild berries, sweet spices and fresh cut flowers with distinct fruity notes.

Ageing Malolactic fermentation in wood in medium-toasted 600-litre French oak barrels for 24 months. The wine is transferred to steel for 10 months before bottling, followed by 6 months in bottle. The wine does not undergo filtration or clarification.
