La Scolca Soldati Metodo Classico Brut
Sparkling wine, produced according to the 'Traditional Method' with Cortese grapes suitable for Gavi DOCG thanks to a slow fermentation on the lees followed by more than 24 months in the bottle. With delicate hints of yeast and bread crust, which fade in honey and spices.

Perlage

Abundant, soft, fine and persistent.

Colour

Clear, bright and lively.

Bouquet

Intense and persistent. From an initial fruity impression, it moves on to delicate floral hints, which fade into a soft and elegant complex.

Defined and very balanced, delicately acidulous, with a pleasant hint of almond.
