Harvest |
At peak of grapes' ripeness. The grapes are partially dried for about 8 weeks to give a more structured, ample and fruity wine according to the company's standards. |
Vinification |
The grapes are destemmed, but not crushed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks. After a maceration period of about 25 days, the product is drawn off and placed in barriques. |
Ageing |
In barriques 18 months during which it slowly ages. Bottling is followed by further ageing, making the wine more mature and balanced. |
