Bouquet

The nose presents a broad bouquet of ripe fruit, such as rennet apple, quince jam, dates and mango. Floral and honey notes follow one after the other, blending with spicy hints of vanilla and tobacco.

Flavour

In the mouth, it has an excellent structure with an enviable balance and compactness, combined with a lively and soft acidity at the same time. An exceptional wine!

Production technique Its secret lies in the formation of the cuvée, where 40 to 50 wines of different crus from 6 to 9 vintages are blended. The presence of the different grapes varies from batch to batch with Pinot Noir between 45 and 55%, Chardonnay between 35 and 45% and Pinot Meunier between 10 and 15%.
Vinification Fermentation took place in oak barrels and subsequent storage of the wines from the older vintages in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
