History	Produced in this land since ancient times. In the 16th century, it became so famous that it was used in the exchange of gifts between the powerful of the time. It has a brilliant straw colour and an elegant and intense perfume. The taste is lively and harmonious.

Harvest	Manual in box with selection in the vineyard.
Vinification	The whole grape is pressed, the must flower is decanted statically at cold and then added with selected yeasts. It is then subjected to a slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (16-18 ° C).
Ageing	After fermentation the wine is racked and left on the lees until spring, operating a long series of batonnage, in order to obtain a full-fat wine in the mouth.
