Bouquet

The nose has dark hints of blackberry and blueberry jam, notes of undergrowth, wet earth and dried leaves, together with spicy hints of cloves and black pepper.

Flavour

The flavour is dry, with an enveloping and at the same time imposing structure, with an excellent balance between freshness and flavour, thanks to the perfectly integrated tannins. Very long persistence, reminiscent of wild berries.
