It comes, only in particular vintages, from a selection from a single Carmenere vineyard located in San Germano dei Berici (Vicenza). The area can be considered as the best area for Carmenere grapes in Italy and worldwide.

Colour

Dark ruby.

Bouquet

Quite intense with delicate perceptions of cassis, dried grass, cranberry juice, wooded berries and mountain pine needles followed by black pepper, cumin and notes of tar.

Flavour

Superb and elegant, with an excellent balance of the components. It envelops the palate in a dense tannic velvet. Long spicy and fruity persistence with a tasty reminder.
