Vinification |
Grapes are pressed with a 4,000 kg Bücher press, followed by cold settling. Malolactic fermentation is carried out. Then, the wine is bottled. Disgorgement occurs six months before marketing. |
Pairing |
It pairs well with dishes such as raw ham and tomatoes in oil, beef carpaccio and berries, duck breast fillet and cherry sauce, brie and goat cheese with balsamic vinegar, and crème brûlée served with fresh raspberries. |
