50% destemmed grapes and 50% whole cluster, maceration with the skins for 10-12 days with three punching-downs per day at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C. |
| Ageing |
In barrique for 15/18 months, followed by 12 months in the bottle. |

Ideal for pairing with first courses and traditional soups of the Aosta Valley. Moreover, it is perfect for an afternoon snack. |
