Gillardi Barolo 2018
Blending of grapes from vineyards in La Morra, Boiolo hamlet (destined to become a cru), and vineyard in Barolo, Zuncai, specular to Cannubi. The assembly of grapes from vineyards with completely different soils, sandy the first, clayey-calcareous the second, helps to create a unique and extremely singular Barolo. The vinification is traditional and classic, with the use of large barrels, which facilitate its keeping over time. Small and selected production, tailoring the vinification and also the attention to detail on the finished product.
