Selection of grapes from the Franchini family vineyards that are subjected to a short drying in 7 kg wooden plateaus.

Bouquet

Intense and complex aroma. The ripe red fruits stand out well, especially the cherry.

Flavour

On the palate it is soft, warm, persistent and pleasantly balanced.
