Fontanafredda Alta Langa Hundred Sixty-Four
Fontanafredda's 164th birthday bubbly is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes in just 4338 bottles, disgorged after 105 months on the lees. On the occasion of this special birthday, the bottle of Alta Langa Hundred Sixty Four bears an original lithographic print of the Fontanafredda estate, which has been digitally printed in white directly on glass and embellished with gold leaf. The print depicts the estate between 1900 and 1918 in its heyday, during its greatest commercial expansion with 200 employees and more than 40 families living in the village.
