Ruby port is a traditional style of port and Fonseca have been shipping Ruby since the company was founded over 200 years ago. Fonseca take great pride in their Ruby which has remained consistent in quality for over a century and a half.

Bouquet

Fresh, vigorous and youthful nose, full of intense cherry and blackcurrant aromas.

Flavour

Full bodied on the palate, with solid but well integrated tannins, and a long rich fruity finish.

Pairing

It is an excellent dessert wine, particularly with ripe, blue cheeses. It should be served at room temperature.
