Lovely texture, unfolding almost "whisper", with the class of his high lineage, expression of the heat of the sun of Sicily, and enriched with fine nuances and deep sea and fruity, caressing and disturbing.
Aristocratic and reserved, is a sweet nectar and dynamic, extraordinary persistence, gentle and graceful, fragrant and tasted by itself, in its intimacy, a secure companion elegant, authoritative and sensual, but never intrusive.

Sweet and fragrant with extraordinary persistence. This wine is the expression of the sun of Sicily with fine nuances together with hints of sea and fruits.

It perfectly pairs with the most common desserts such as apple strudel, baked raisins, Catalan cream, puff pastry with vanilla mousse, nice tart oranges, and lavender ice cream. It is also excellent with the foie gras and savoury cheeses.
