This wine comes from a single 30-year-old vineyard that is divided into 3 parcels at 800 meters in elevation in the Almansa region, around the town of Albacete.

Floral red fruit, with hints of spices.

Bright acidity, good structure, body and power on the palate with a long finish.

Vinification	All grapes are hand-harvested and vinified separately by parcel. The Garnacha Tintorera is foot-trodden in a vat with 30-50% stems included and 6-10 days of skin maceration, then fermented and raised on fine lees in concrete for 8 months. The Moravia Agria is completely destemmed and undergoes 7 days of maceration before being pressed and raised on fine lees in 228-litre used French barriques for 8 months, all without bâtonnage.
Ageing	The wine is then blended and bottled unfined, unfiltered, with very little SO2 addition.
