Since 2003, winegrowers from Limoux have the possibility to elaborate cremant with Pinot Noir in AOC, so we decide to produce our first Crémant rosé, from the harvest of 2007.

	Perlage The bubbles are delicate.
	Colour Subtle cherry.
	Bouquet Nice greedy raspberry nose.
	Flavour On the palate, red fruits are lightly present and Pinot noir brings all the fullness. The style is fresh, and vigorous.

Pairing

Rose N° 7 is perfect for an aperitif or to be served with pink meals like smoked salmon, shrimps salad. It accompany also desserts or ice-cream made with red fruits.

Flamina the voice of reason

I have been using xtrawine for sometime now and I marvel at the range they have. I have also asked about a particular wine producer i like and sent an email and had a reply saying the wines from this producer will be on the list by week end. Brilliant. One small Glitch for some reason they now use UPS and they are a bit of a nightmare. Compared to FedX. But one quick call to Flamina the voice of reason all my fears were sorted. She’s a credit to the company, very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable even had time for a bit of a laugh. Buona Giornata
