Flavour
In the mouth, this wine reveals an aromatic palette of white and exotic fruit. There is even a touch of citrus, with hints of lemon or grapefruit. Lastly, beautiful floral notes of acacia or hawthorn, even rose, can be detected.
It pairs well with roast monkfish with bacon, grilled scallops marinated in yuzu and Mediterranean dorade.
