This is an exceptional cuvée, created in memory of Dom Thierry Ruinart, founder of the Maison. Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs 'Dom Ruinart' is a rare wine made from grapes from the best vineyard plots in Champagne. It has a light and aromatic structure, but at the same time is able to offer a truly extraordinary taste-olfactory experience.

	Perlage Fine and persistent.
	Colour Bright yellow with greenish reflections.
	Bouquet The first olfactory approach reveals sweet notes of chestnut, coconut and fresh bread, followed by floral, citrus and mineral scents.
	Flavour On the palate, the opening is defined and is endowed with excellent freshness and a light, pleasant tastiness.

Pairing

It is delicate and refined, ideal to accompany equally elegant and uncommon preparations. Excellent with lobster carpaccio.
