Bouquet

Intense notes of dried fruit, bread crust and dried flowers in harmony with the evolutionary notes dictated by the stay on the lees.

The tropical nuances and toasted and dried fruit notes typical of complex Chardonnay are clearly discernible. The nasal hints reverberate and remain pleasantly long, almost round in the mouth. The sugar dosage is perfectly blended with acidity.
