Bouquet

Complex nose, in which the cassis and mint of the Cabernet Sauvignon blend wonderfully with blackberry and vanilla notes and hints of toasted oak.

Flavour

The palate creeps in slowly; the first impression is ripe but delicate, and then the fine-grained tannins make themselves felt on the palate. Very long finish.
