Candied apricots, orange zests, quince, beeswax, acacia honey, very distinctive nose of Botrytis.

Flavour

Fruity and creamy attack, strong and fine, very fine balance between acidity and sweetness, fills the mouth with great elegance, very long finish of candied fruits and citrus.

Excelletc with foie gras, blue cheese, apricot pie, Bavarian orange, meringue with lemon, tart tatin with orange zest.
