This very elegant wine derives its name from our magnificent Napoleon III conservatory. La Verrière is full-bodied and complex while at the same time preserving a certain fruity softness.

Vinification The grapes were destemmed and crushed before batting. Cold maceration for a few days to extract both fruit and spices from the skins before fermentation. The grapes used for this cuvée require more extraction work to enable the best balance betwee the intensity of the fruit and the strucutre of the tannins.
Ageing Aged 12 months in new French oak barrels.
