The aroma is full pleasantly fruity linkes to clear notes of cherry, ripe red wildberries and plums.

The tasting is well balanced, harmonic and elegant, with good texture, smooth flavour, well integrate tannins, vibrant acidity and long pleasant finish.

Vinification	Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes, later hand harvested respect the usual and left on the plant until October 20th. Maceration on skins left 12 days to let the grapes express their whole potential.
Ageing	After malolactic fermentation, the wine follows a period of maturation in steel and at least three months rest in the bottle before be released to the market.
