Celler Del Roure Valencia Les Alcusses 2019
Les Alcusses was the first wine produced at Celler del Roure. Produced in the 2000 vintage, it was a great success and managed to break commonplaces and give dignity to Valencian wines. Les Alcusses has always been Monastrell and some foreign grapes aged in French oak. It explains the winery's history and terroir by assimilating and willingly accepting the contributions of viticulture, such as oak barrels or foreign wine varieties that the winery used to improve wines. The challenge in recent years has been to bring more freshness and elegance to a wine that continues to be rich, ripe, fruity, complex and powerful.
