Origin	Vineyard within the estate, in the muncipal district of Alanno
Climate	Altitude: 340 m. a.s.l. Exposure: South--East.
Soil composition	Deep clay soil, rich of underground rocks.
Cultivation system	Traditional overhead trellis system "Pergola" of the Abruzzo regiona dn vertical trellis system.
Yield per hectare	10 t/Ha
Harvest	By hand in October, accurate grape selection. GRapes are dried 100 days at low temperature in a special desiccation room.
Vinification	Fermented with skins at 30 °C in concrete tanks, manual pump-over and "délestages". Extended maceration up to 40 days.
Ageing	24 months in oak barrels "sur lies" and further 6 months in tank. Bottle aging: over 12 months.
Allergens	Contains sulphites
