The Karst area is characterised by arid and rocky soil with little red soil rich in iron and limestone.

Colour

Straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Bouquet

Complex, with vegetable hints typical of the variety, such as tomato leaf. This is followed by pleasant citrus notes, such as grapefruit, to which hints of white peach are added.

Flavour

The flavour repeats the olfactory notes, with a mineral finish typical of the Karst terroir.

Pairing

Ideal with first courses, particularly on fine-grilled fish, fish soups and white meat. It is also interesting combined with Asiatic cuisine, spicy and bitter-sweet dishes.
