Castello Bonomi Franciacorta Brut CruPerdu Riserva 2008
Cruperdu Reserve was born from the most historical vineyards of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. In these vineyards the yield is even lower than the one imposed by the disciplinary of Franciacorta; this allows a greater concentration of flavours and aromas in a few bunches, thus ensuring a higher quality with a rare and limited production.

Perlage

Abundant foam, fine and endless perlage.

Colour

A wine with pale, bright yellow colour.

Bouquet

A rich and complex perfume, with pastry notes, candided citrus, vanilla and acacia honey.

Flavour

The mouth is elegant and full of taste, with great momentum and persistence, outstanding.

Pairing

A franciacorta with great structure that pairs magnificently with sophisticated fish crudites like oysters and tuna tartare or meat specialities such as beef with oil, a typical, local, dish.
