The base wine of Isaras Brut is produced from two typical Eisack Valley grape varieties: Müller Thurgau and Sylvaner. The Charmat method is used for the second fermentation; hence the primary aromas and the freshness can be preserved.

Fine and persistent perlage.

Light straw yellow.

Bouquet

Fruity-floral with scents of lime, white peach and elderflower.

Flavour

Dry with fresh and vivacious acidity, pleasant aromatic notes, fruity and mineral finish.
