Fruity, reminiscent of cherry, raspberry, and strawberry, with a hint of bitter almond.

Flavour

Full-bodied and tasty in the opening with soft tannins that give the wine roundness and persistence. Fruity finish.

Pleasant after a meal, it goes well with appetizers and typical South Tyrolean specialities such as speck and cold cuts. It is also ideal with white meats and fresh cow's milk cheeses.
